Updating Server Connection Settings

If you need to update your RCON password, have moved your server to a new IP and/or port, or just want to manually refresh the RCON connection with us, you can update your connection settings with us. Performing a transfer will result in a transfer of all of your server statistics, including historical playtime, leaderboards, and rank.

To update your connection settings, you must visit the server connection settings page. This can be accessed by navigating to the individual server page. From there, the organization owner will be able to view and click on the cog icon to the right of the "Server Commands" drop-down menu. Once there, fill out all the fields and update your server connection settings. Fill out all required fields and save the new information. Congratulations, you're done!
