How can I transfer my organization?

You can transfer your organization by vising the Organization page. See the "Orgs" button in the upper right-hand corner of the RCON view.

1. Once on the Organization page, select the organization you wish to transfer.
2. In the "Staff" section of the page, find the user you wish to transfer the organization owner to. This user must be a member of your organization.
3. Click the "edit" button next to the user.

   

4. Scroll to the bottom of the "Edit" page.
5. Click the "Transfer Organization" button at the bottom-right of the page.

   

6. Congratulations, you're done!
   
   
   NOTE: The target user must have an RCON subscription or an RCON trial to accept the organization transfer. The user can initiate an RCON subscription/trial here: https://www.battlemetrics.com/subscription/rcon
