How do I add a server?

First, let's clarify what "adding" a server means for our website.

Scenario #1- You want to add your server to the public server listing.

Answer: This process is handled automatically. As long as your server is able to be queried from the outside world, we will automatically detect it within 24 hours. If you want to add the server manually you can do so here:

You do not need to do anything special to get us to track your server. However, if you encounter problems, please contact us with your IP and Port so that we can help resolve the issue.

Scenario #2- You want to establish an RCON connection to a server

Answer: The ability to add servers belongs to the owner of the organization only. If you are the organization owner, there should be an "Add Server" button in the upper-right hand corner of your RCON dashboard. Click the link and follow the prompts to add the server.

If you are a subscriber of ours through a game server provider, then your subscription may not be able to utilize the above functionality. We have special contracts with game server providers to provide you with low-cost, per-server RCON subscriptions. The only way to add additional servers to that type of subscription is to

1) Subscribe to our monthly RCON plan for $10/month here: https://www.battlemetrics.com/rcon/about

2) Purchase an RCON subscription through your server host for that particular server. You should receive an email with an invitation/activation link. Follow the link and you're done!
