Manual Query / Server Update
To initiate a manual query/update of a server, you must have a Basic, Premium, or RCON subscription.
Navigate to the server page in question. At the top right of the interface you will notice a yellow button with a refresh symbol on it. Click that button to initiate a manual query. The results of that query will appear in the event log. Note that manual query can only be sent once per 30 seconds.
