Another server already has RCON enabled with that IP and RCON port

This error means that we already have another server at the IP and port you provided. Typically this happens when an IP/port is reused.

In order to resolve this problem, you will need to contact us at support@battlemetrics.com. Please send us the IP and port of the server in your email to speed up the support process. Once we have the server information, we will delete the conflicting server record, allowing you then to add the server as a brand new server record.
